Privacy Policy

How the 7sales.ai service collects, uses and protects data

This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version prevails. This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service (https://7sales.ai/terms).

1General provisions

1.1.This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what data 7SALES LLP, BIN 241040016077 (the "Company", "we"), collects when you use the 7sales.ai service (the "Service"), and how that data is used, stored and protected.

1.2.The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Its Protection" and other applicable legislation. For users from the EEA and the UK we aim to follow GDPR principles to the extent applicable.

1.3.By registering with or using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact [email protected].

2Data we collect

2.1.Account data: name, email, password (stored as a hash only), interface language, and — when signing in with Google — Google profile data (name, email, avatar).

2.2.Billing data: plan, payments and token balance. Card details are processed by payment providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

2.3.Connected channel data: access tokens, account and page identifiers, their names and settings.

2.4.Content: customer conversations in connected channels, contacts, deals, calendar bookings, files, the knowledge base, bot settings.

2.5.Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies and similar technologies, activity logs.

3Purposes of processing

3.1.Providing and maintaining the Service, including AI bot replies, the CRM, the calendar and the knowledge base.

3.2.Performing the contract, invoicing and accounting for payments.

3.3.User support and service notifications.

3.4.Improving the Service, analytics, security and abuse prevention.

3.5.Marketing communications — only with your consent, with the ability to opt out at any time.

4Legal bases

4.1.We process data on the following bases: performance of the contract (providing the Service); your consent; the Company’s legitimate interests (security, service improvement); compliance with legal obligations.

5AI processing

5.1.To generate bot replies, message text and relevant knowledge-base fragments are transferred to AI providers (in particular, OpenAI) via their APIs.

5.2.Under the API providers’ terms, such data is not used to train their public models.

5.3.We do not sell personal data and do not use your Content to train our own models without separate consent.

6Sharing with third parties

6.1.Data is shared only to the extent required for a feature to work, with the following categories of recipients: hosting and infrastructure providers; AI providers (OpenAI); channel connection providers (Wappi — for WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX; Meta — for Instagram and Facebook; Telegram; Avito); CRM systems (amoCRM, Bitrix24) when the integration is connected; payment and email providers.

6.2.Data is disclosed to public authorities only upon a lawful and justified request.

6.3.In the event of a reorganization or sale of the business, data may be transferred to the successor under the terms of this Policy.

7Cross-border transfers

7.1.The Service’s servers and sub-processors may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable law and subject to an adequate level of data protection.

8Retention

8.1.Data is stored while your account is active. After the account is deleted, data is erased or anonymized within a reasonable period; backups are kept for up to 90 days.

8.2.Certain data may be kept longer where required by law (e.g. accounting records).

9Cookies and local storage

9.1.We use cookies and localStorage for authentication (session token), remembering preferences (language, theme) and basic usage analytics.

9.2.You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Service will not work correctly without them.

10Security

10.1.We apply organizational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (TLS), password hashing, access control, per-account data isolation, and access logging.

10.2.Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of an incident affecting your data we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

11Your customers’ data

11.1.When processing conversations, contacts and deals of the User’s customers, the Company acts on the User’s instructions. The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of collecting such data and for informing their customers.

11.2.If your data is processed within an account of one of our users (for example, you messaged a company that uses the Service), please direct requests to that company; we will provide it with the necessary assistance.

12Your rights

12.1.You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you may withdraw your consent.

12.2.Requests are sent to [email protected] and are handled within 30 calendar days.

12.3.Withdrawing consent to the processing of data required for the Service to operate makes further use of the Service impossible.

13Children

13.1.The Service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

14Changes to this Policy

14.1.Updated versions are published on this page with their date. We will give notice of material changes via the Service and/or by email.

14.2.Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
